Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be processed. Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Domestic Shipping (Shipping within the continental United States)
All domestic shipping is FREE! Woohoo! Delivery time depends on size and weight of purchased product, from approximately 2-10 days from ship date.
International purchases will most likely be sent via USPS Priority Mail International or Express International. An invoice will be sent for all international shipping charges.
For International Orders, please allow up to 6 weeks from date of order for delivery.
Duties & Taxes levied by Customs are the responsibility of you, the international customer. They cannot be estimated and are not the responsibility of The World of JP Kim. This applies to all international orders.
The restocking fee for approved exchanges on international orders is 15%.
Bay Area Area Pick Up
Bay Area Pick Ups are possible. We can arrange an in-person pickup and a possible studio visit. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate.
If you’d like to cancel an order, you must contact us via email within 3 business days. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may be refunded less the cost of shipping and return.
Every order placed through the Shop is handled with love and care. We want you to be in love with your purchases. Please be sure you are ordering your intended items. You can contact us if you require more details on a product. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased from the Shop, contact us within 10 business days of receipt of your purchase to discuss possible returns.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all domestic returns and exchanges.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all international returns and exchanges.
Artwork, posters, both signed and unsigned works, are not returnable unless damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt to make your damage claim. This is often done through the shipping service contracted to deliver your item, but if you require assistance, please reach out to us and we will try to help you.
Clothing, jewelry, books, specialty items and multimedia products may not be returned once received unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
Please contact us immediately if any item is received damaged.
Customers must have had an interaction with a representative via email to process a return. If you have not received instructions from us do not send your product back.
